The data specifications contain information regarding the data that the Tertiary Education Commission (TEC) requires when you report your actual delivery (Actuals) on DXP Ngā Kete.

Data requirements for final-year Fees Free
Data requirements for final-year Fees Free will be added into the next release of the data specification.
Work-based Fees Free Data Changes v0.1 (DOCX 925 KB)
We expect to release the next version of the work-based data specification in early December. This will include the following changes:
- Data requirements for final-year Fees Free
- Changes to some validation rules
- Removal of all warning messages
- Changes to how we require some data to be submitted.
